Easy Halloween Treats

Materials:
Suckers
White Napkins or Cloth
Marker
Ribbon or rubber band

Simply secure the napkin over the sucker with the rubber band or ribbon. On one side make eyes, a nose and a smiley face---you have a cute little ghost sucker!
