Menu Plan Monday
Continuing in the Eat From the Pantry Challenge, here is our menu for the week!
Dinners
Rocket Soup (scroll through to page 4) with biscuits
Chicken Nuggets and mac & cheese
Farmhouse Chicken with vegetables
Mindless Meatball Minestrone (scroll through to page 8) and focaccia bread
Baked Chicken with "Healthy" Sweet Potato Casserole
Reagan's Pizza Party for Saturday
Lunches
Leftovers first! If there aren't enough leftovers from the night before, then:
Chicken Tetrazzini & vegetables (for what it's worth, we prefer it without cheese added)
tuna, peanut butter or chicken salad sandwiches with sides of fruit and/or vegetables
Breakfasts
Cream of Wheat & Eggs
Egg and Bacon Muffins with fruit x2
Cheerio "necklaces" & fruit
Pancakes (Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana!)
Smoothies with a boiled egg
Toast with peanut butter and a side of fruit
Snacks:
homemade popsicles
fruit
muffins
