Good morning everyone! This morning I'm sharing my wedding toast glasses. They were a gift from my best friend Stacy. They're hand painted and from Czechoslovakia. We've used them twice..once for our wedding--red punch from the fountain! LOL! And once for our anniversary--with milk to go with our cake topper!
This past May, Stacy married her wonderful husband Stephen and they used the glasses at their wedding too! I hope this is something that will become an heirloom!

Those are gorgeous! I think that sharing them with special people is a great tradition to begin! You could scrapbook p[ages on the glasses and then pictures of them being used! (Sorry, as a scrapbooker, I tend to look at stuff from that perspective!)

ReplyDeleteI'm glad I found your blog through show and tell Friday! This is my first week doing this!
I will be back to check on your blog!
What beautiful glasses, and holding such wonderful memories too. We were given some crystal glasses by my b-in-law for our wedding, and they only come out on Special Occasions. I dread damaging them and wash them SO carefully.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful and what wonderful memories are attached to them!
