Menu Plan Monday



Last week, menu planning flew right out of the door! So this week I'm reusing last week's menu with a few 'tweaks'!

Monday: Brown sugar glazed salmon with green beans and new potatoes
Tuesday: Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
Wednesday: Baked chicken with vegetables
Thursday: Egg Drop Soup and Chicken Fried Rice
Friday: Use farmer's market produce before it goes bad! This will probably mean Potato-Leek Soup and various other yummies!
Saturday: Leftovers!!
Sunday: Steak, baked sweet potatoes and vegetables

Breakfasts: Oatmeal, fruit, eggs
Lunches: Leftovers, salads, veggies, soups
Snacks: Fruit, homemade yummies, granola
Extra's to make: Freezer Coleslaw I never knew you could freeze cabbage!!

  2. I didn't know you could freeze cabbage either. I would have thought it would turn it mushy. The penne pasta sounds delicious.

  5. Sounds yummy! Who knew you could freeze coleslaw? That's one to store in ye olde memory (yeah right, I'll probably forget in the next 15 minutes!).
