ReplyDeleteSounds like a yummy week. The tomato and spinach pasta toss sounds great to me, but it wouldn't fly in my house (Matt hates spinach).
ReplyDeleteSorry I didn't answer your question about menu planning last week...I start with what we want to eat and plan from there; if we were on a tighter budget I would probably focus more on the items on sale that week, but for now this works for us. Good for you jumping in and making a go of it! I have found that menu planning really helps when I'm grocery shopping because I have a more thorough list, and it helps on those nights when nothing really sounds good because I can fall back to whatever is on the menu (or at least that's what happens in theory).
Sounds good! Have a great week.
